Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
• Processing time may extend during special releases, high-volume periods, or authentication review
Shipping Methods
We offer secure shipping options based on item value and destination, including:
• Standard Ground Shipping
• Expedited / Express Shipping
• International Priority Shipping
• Signature-Required Delivery for high-value items (recommended / may be mandatory for certain orders)
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Item weight & dimensions
• Insurance coverage (may be required for certain items)
Concours Collective does not profit on postage fees.
Order Tracking
• Tracking information is provided once the order ships
• Some international destinations may have limited tracking details depending on the carrier
Shipping Insurance
• Insurance is recommended and may be required for items above certain values
• If a buyer declines insurance, Concours Collective is not responsible for loss or damage in transit
International Shipping
We ship to most countries.
• Buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, and fees
• We cannot mark shipments as “gift” or declare lower values — this is illegal
Customs delays are outside our control.
Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
These are estimates only — carriers may experience delays due to:
• Customs checks
• Weather events
• Carrier disruptions
• Holiday volume
Concours Collective is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer
• If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, buyer pays for re-shipping
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery attempt
2. Provide photos of packaging & item (if applicable)
3. We will assist with carrier claims (insurance required)
Claims may take up to 30 days to process depending on the carrier.
Refused Shipments
Refused or unclaimed shipments returned to us will be refunded minus shipping costs and return fees, unless refusing was related to verified shipping damage.
Local Pickup (If Offered)
Local pickup may be available by appointment for certain items. Contact us at checkout to request this.
